These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the luckiest platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or using any feature of the site. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accounts must be registered with a valid email address and accurate personal details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using luckiest, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms.
- You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or verification processes on the platform.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- You will not engage in collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that manipulates game outcomes or exploits platform systems.
- You will not upload or transmit any harmful, malicious, or unlawful content through the platform.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines in relation to your use of the platform.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on luckiest — including deposits, wagers, wins, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied within the platform interface.
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources. luckiest does not accept funds associated with illegal activity and cooperates fully with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. luckiest reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change. Any applicable fees will be communicated to you at the time of the transaction. luckiest is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, luckiest reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds credited as a result of the malfunction.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
luckiest reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- A user has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Fraudulent activity, collusion, or suspected money laundering is identified.
- A user is found to be underage or ineligible to use the platform.

Upon closure of an account for a policy violation, luckiest reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no violation is found and a user voluntarily closes their account, any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
